About Us
We are Dave and Marlene, a Palisades family who moved to Charlotte in 2024. Our sister built her home in the Turtle Point neighborhood in 2007 and has been a Palisades resident ever since.
In 2024, we decided to venture into the residential cleaning industry and founded Palisades Housekeeping. As the company grew and expanded into office cleaning, it evolved into Palisades Cleaning.
We are truly grateful for the incredible support from Palisades families who have trusted us by opening the doors of their homes to our team. Today, we are a team of four cleaners proudly servicing more than 35 homes in our community.
At the end of the day, we are just another local family who enjoys working in and for our community while building a business that strives to be trustworthy and reliable.

A first-time estimate visit will only take about 15 minutes. During this time, Dave will personally take a quick walk through your home to assess what needs to be done and discuss about your needs and preferences. Before leaving, we will be able to provide you with a quote and a possible start date.
We do not provide quotes over the phone, as a more accurate estimate can only be given after seeing the property.
